What Is PETPO?

PETPO was organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.  Our purpose is to shed light on and educate the public on issues wherein private property rights as provided for and guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States will, are being, or have been infringed.  You can count on us to advocate on behalf of private property owners wherever we find unreasonable limitations on the use of private property, overburdening regulation of private property use or water rights, and other issues that advance similar public policy objectives, as approved by our Board of Directors.

We engage the public by writing and publishing articles based on research we have conducted, presenting seminars and assisting private property owners in matters involving private property rights, including eminent domain, the administration of the Endangered Species Act and other laws and regulations, and a myriad of free enterprise issues.  Where necessary, we raise and dispense funds to assist private property owners who are litigating matters in furtherance of these purposes.
